    A Life Story

    Connie Torres Budleski, born on April 8, 1946, passed away on July 10, 2026. Connie will be missed by her daughter, Michelle (Bart) Williams; grandkids, Joshua (Amy) Strother, Rustin (Lela) Williams, Landen Williams, Christopher Williams, Chrissy (Mike) Dubberly, Derrick (Erin) Manrique, Milena (James) Raub, and Jose Perez; great-grandkids, Mark Williams, Mason Williams, Hannah Scott, Joey Perez, Gabriela Perez, Peyton Manrique, MeKenna Manrique, Takota Raub, and Kinsley Raub; brothers and sisters, Josefa (Frank) Pangelinan, Carmelita (Ellie) Palma, Cecelia Dickerson, Rena (Joseph) San Nicolas, Ivan Torres, Frances Torres, Noreen Torres, and Jennifer Torres, as well as many nieces and nephews. Connie was born in Guam where she attended George Washington High School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Hanlon; father, Thomas Nededog Torres; mother, Ana Santos Arceo; Rufina Cruz Torres; brothers and sisters, Juan (Maria) Torres, Annie (Pete) Untalan, Vincente (Ethel) Torres, Maria (Jose) Rios, Bernadita (Marcy) Manipol, Gloria (George) Cruz, and Henry (Maria) Torres. She was a cosmetologist by trade and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for over 20 years and with the Legion Branch 632 Orleans, Ontario (Canada). She enjoyed playing bingo, throwing darts, and playing minigolf. She enjoyed the Ladies Red Hat Society, casinos, and beach vacations. The family would like to thank Compassus Hospice, including nurse LaQuanta and Katrena, an aid.
