A Life Story

Guyton – Jacob Dean Mobley, 35, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Candler Hospital. The Auburndale, FL native was a quality control inspector at Gulfstream. He had managed the 24Seven Gym for several years. Jacob loved sports, the gym, fishing, playing video games and being a “Foodie”, especially his sweets. Jacob was a man of faith, dearly loved his family and spending time with them. His girls were the most precious thing in his life. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Burtice Harris. He is survived by his loving wife, Rachel Bowers Mobley; daughters, Elliana Jean Mobley and Adalynn Jessie Mobley; his father, Dwayne Mobley; his mother, Jennifer Mobley; brothers, Joshua Mobley (Megan) and Juddsen Mobley (Hannah); sister, Jenalee Mobley (Darrick Willis); his grandmother, Karen Ellis; nieces and nephews, Ty, Conley, Harris, Alaina, Khloe, and Rainey; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and all of Rachel’s family. Visitation: 3 -4 pm Friday, June 19, 2026 in the funeral home. Memorial Service: 4 pm Friday, June 19, 2026 in the funeral home chapel.
