Through nearly a century, Lillie Mae witnessed remarkable changes in the world while remaining a constant source of strength for those around her. Though our hearts grieve her loss, we are comforted by countless memories of her steadfast spirit and the gentle way she embraced life’s joys and challenges. Family, friends, and all who knew Lillie Mae are invited to pay their respects at a viewing to be held on July 31, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Adams Funeral Services, located at 510 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah, GA 31405. A Celebration of Life will follow on August 1, 2026, beginning at 10:00 AM at St Benedict the Moor Catholic Church, 441 E Broad St, Savannah, GA 31401. These gatherings will offer time to reflect, share, and carry forward the memory of a remarkable woman. Lillie Mae Charlton’s presence will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
