A Life Story

Mr. Rod Cramer, 78, of Richmond Hill, Georgia, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025 at his home.Rod was born in McVeigh, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his son, Brian Cramer; father, William T. Cramer; his mother, Helen Alexander Khoruy, and his step-father, Eugene Petrey. He served his country in the United States Army, serving in Vietnam from 1967-1968, he was a former Shriner, and was a Free Mason with Solomon's Lodge No. 1, F&AM. He was employed at Dan Vaden Chevrolet as a leasing manager for 30 years, and retired from AT&T. He will be missed.Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Janice Cramer; daughter, Natalie Cramer Nixon (Tim); siblings, Donna Black (Ken), Cathy Padgett, Pam Mason (Darrell), Karen Sanders (Paul), Paul Cramer (LeeAnn), David Petrey (Jackie), and Robert Petrey; several nieces and nephews.
