A Life Story
Shari Dawn Lentz, born September 8, 1958, at McNeil Memorial Hospital in Berwyn, Illinois, passed away on September 25, 2026, in Savannah, Georgia. Shari grew up with a vibrant spirit and a love for activity. She graduated from Edgewood High School in Ellettsville, Indiana, in 1976, where she enjoyed participating in sports and theater. Though she explored many interests, her greatest passion was always her horses. The bond she shared with them shaped much of her life and brought her deep joy. Shari is survived by her mother, Barbara Lentz, and her sister, Stacy Maine of Cape Coral, Florida. She will be remembered for her devotion to the things she loved, her gentle strength, and the warmth she brought to those around her. Her family carries her memory forward with love.
