A Life Story

Sushma Gakhar, born on July 7, 1955, peacefully passed away on September 27, 2024. A devoted wife for 43 years, Sushma shared a life full of love and warmth with her family. Her nurturing spirit and boundless compassion touched all who knew her. Spiritual by nature, Sushma lived her life grounded in the values of humility, kindness, and generosity. She was a loving sister who cherished her family deeply, including her extended family. A proud grandmother, Sushma also held a special place in her heart for her close friends and wonderful neighbors, especially those she bonded with in Bangalore. Sushma is survived by her two children, Vikram and Shaila, and her daughter-in-law, Rashi, who was like a daughter to her. Her greatest legacy was the love and wisdom she passed down to them. She believed in the power of education, simplicity, and the joy of giving. Sushma also treasured the friendships she formed in Bangalore and the love she had for her extended family.
