    The service is at Powers Baptist Church Cemetery located at the corner of Highway 80 and Old River Road in Eden, Georgia.. We don't deliver to a cemetery or a graveside — there is rarely anyone there to receive flowers. Thomas C Strickland and Sons Funeral Home - Effingham Chapel - Rincon takes the arrangements out to the service.

    Almost all flowers go to the funeral home. They are the coordinator: they receive the arrangements, keep them together, and take them to the service.
