A Life Story

Edward Rauer Stelljes, Jr., passed away peacefully, leaving behind a family who will cherish his memory. Born on December 1, 1950, Edward was the son of Edward Rauer Stelljes and Kathryn Elizabeth Wise Kennedy. He attended Newberry College and enjoyed a career as a freight forwarder. Edward is survived by his loving daughters, Allison James (Jason) and Eliza Tesch (Ivan); his grandsons, Blake Tesch and Jeremy Tesch; his sisters, Nancy Troficanto (George) and Adele Hughes; and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Rauer Stelljes and Kathryn Elizabeth Wise Kennedy, and his stepfather, Joe Kennedy. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. A Memorial service will be held at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel, on Thursday, August 6, at 11:00 a.m. The service will be officiated by Father Gabe Cummings.
