James Lenton Cribbs Jr, 72, of Savannah passed away Thursday, September 5, 2024 at home.James was born in Beaufort, South Carolina but was a native of, of Savannah, he was the son of James Lenton Cribbs Sr. and Cora Ann Deloach Cribbs.James graduated from Savannah High in 1970. Has been married to his beautiful wife Donna Lee Cribbs for 52 years, and has two children Casey Marie Knowles, and Thomas James Cribbs. James was known as "Mr. AutoWorld" where he worked for 20 plus years. He loved drag racing and everything about cars.He was preceded in death by his parents, James Lenton Cribbs Sr. and Cora Ann Cribbs. Brothers, David "Brian" Sr, and Stephen Cribbs.He is survived by the love of his life, Donna Cribbs, his children: Casey Marie Knowles (Randall), Thomas James Cribbs (Irena), Grandchildren: Kaitlin Mallard (Holden), Reese Lenton Knowles (Madisyn), Bradley James Cribbs, Abgial Nicole Cribbs, and Chad Tommy Cribbs, Along with nine Great Grandchildren.The family will host a Memorial Service Tuesday September 17th, 2024 at 3:00pm The Seed Church 1950 Chatham Pkwy, Savannah, GA 31405.Services have been entrusted to Baker McCullough Funeral Home Hodgson Memorial Chapel, 7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive Savannah, GA 31406. www.bakermccullough.com
