Lamar Chestnut, 90, of Savannah, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2024. He was born February 19, 1934, in Columbus, son of the late Lewis Chestnut and Myrtice Hearn Chestnut, and was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Blanton Chestnut.A graveside service will be held at 1:30, Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Greenwich Cemetery.We will update our website with an obituary when it becomes available.
