A Life Story

Nancy Lee Hodges Love, 87, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2024 at Memorial Health. She was born October 1, 1937 in Savannah, GA and graduated from Commercial High School. Mrs. Love was a member of Immanual Baptist Church. She loved to bake cakes for her family and friends, and even made the wedding cake for her son, Robert's wedding reception. Mrs. Love also enjoyed crafting etched glass, also making clothes for herself and her family.She was preceded in death by her husband, William Maurice "Buck" Love. Surviving are her three children, Ava Lisa Pair Bailey, Robert Louis Pair, Jr. (Zoey), and Anthony Len Love (Patricia), also six grandchildren, Dana, Ladawn, Michael, Brandon, Amber, and Kristin, and six great-grandchildren.The Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Immanual Baptist Church, with Rev. Lane Sanders, officiating. The visit will be one hour prior to the service.Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
