A Life Story

Susana Esther Noguera De Marquez, 67, passed away Monday, March 17, 2025, at her home in Savannah, GA with her family by her side. She was born October 31, 1957, in Venezuela, and has lived the U.S. for the past six years. Susana helped her husband Ramon Atilio Marquez Hernandez start an electrical and transformer business, called Bobinados Occidente, CA, and later she received her law degree in Venezuela and owned the Kairos Christian Book Store. Above everything in her life, she loved her family, and her Christian community. Susana enjoyed cooking for her children, and grandchildren, and her favorite thing to eat was desserts. When she was out with family and friends, she always made time for coffee shops, and tasting different blends.She was preceded in death by her father, Hermes Noguera Quinones, and her husband, Ramon Atilio Marquez Hernandez.Surviving is her mother, Rosa Elena Morales vda De Noguera, her four children, five grandchildren, four sisters, five brothers, and many friends in Venezuela and the U.S. The Funeral Service to honor her life will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel, 7200 Hodgson Memorial Drive, Savannah, GA 31406.
