Mrs. Annie Ruth Moore Bukowski, 85, of Pooler, Georgia, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025 at Hospice Savannah.Annie Ruth was born in Groveland, Georgia and had lived in Pooler for a number of years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Robert D. "Bob" Bukowski; her children, Robert D. Bukowski, Jr., Russell Edward Bukowski, and Connie Bukowski; a great-grandson, Nolan; her parents, Harry Moore and Gertrude Cowart Moore; sisters, Mary Shoff and Vivian Moore; brothers, Rudolph Moore, Bobby Moore and Hugh Moore. She was formerly employed at Cut Art Stone Company and she was a member of the Pooler Bible Church. She enjoyed bowling, playing card games, and fellowshipping with friends.Survivors include her son-in-law, Jeffrey Alan Martin; daughter-in-law, Lori Thorneburge-Bukowski; grandchildren, Rebekah, Jessica, Chelsea, Macey, Rachel, Tanner, Donovan, Abby, Aidan, and Liam; great-grandchildren, Addison and Easton; brother, Don Moore; sisters, Nancy Wilson and Janice Mitchell, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.The visitation will be on Thursday, March 27, 2025 from 11 a.m. until 12 noon at Pooler Bible Church located at 1204 U.S. Highway 80. The funeral to honor Mrs. Annie Ruth's life will follow at 12 noon in the sanctuary of the church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery. Pastor Jeff Hubbard will officiate.
