Martha Pevey WarrenJune 5, 1947 - March 20, 2025With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Martha Pevey Warren on March 20, 2025. She passed away peacefully with her daughters at her side.Martha was born on June 5, 1947, to Allison and Daisy Bell Dickerson. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved her family dearly.She was preceded in death by her parents, Allison and Daisy Bell Dickerson, her siblings George Dickerson, Andrew Benjamin Dickerson, and Mary Edna Collins, and her beloved husbands, Jack Lavone Pevey and Don Warren.She is survived by her daughters, Andrea Green (Rick) of Black Creek, GA, and Mary Garner Gay (Sammy) of Black Creek, GA; her grandchildren, Madison Bennett (Tom) of Augusta, GA, Makenzie Garner- who Nanny lovingly referred to as 'from California'- Garrett Garner of Savannah, GA, and Jackson Gay of Black Creek, GA; and her great-granddaughters, Beckham Bennett and Brooklyn Bennett.Martha loved animals and was always feeding and caring for strays. She also had a passion for reality TV, especially Big Brother, and her love of Diet Coke has certainly been passed down.
