Mr. Tyrone T. Duncan, age 63, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2024.Tyrone Thomas Duncan was born on April 13 1961 in Savannah, Georgia. He attended Savannah High, and graduated in 1980. He was a retired commercial Shrimp Fisherman. Tyrone was currently employed at Oakridge Golf course at Skidaway Island in which he worked until his death.Tyrone was preceded in death by both parents, Moses and Anna Duncan; two brothers; one sister; his grandmothers; uncles; aunts; and cousins.He leaves to cherish his memory: His loving and devoted wife, Gwendale Duncan. Tyrone married the love of his life on November 2, 1991. To this union, one child was born, Ericka Anna Duncan. He also leaves behind his daughter, Christal; sons, Tyrone "Ty", Charlzie, and Troy of Atlanta, Georgia; brothers, Arthur, Wallace (Tanise), and Leon Duncan (Erica); sisters, Elizabeth, Delores, Celesitine, Sally (John) Anderson, Carolyn, Josephine, and Angela Duncan; his Aunt Rita Riley; three grandchildren; a host of foster children in which he fostered for 22 loving years; nephews; nieces; cousins; and some very special friends, Roy Reagan, Earl Haynes, Woody Moore, Mike Morgan, and Howard Bacon.He was a fighter: He fought the fine fight, he finished the race, and he kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 8, 2024 at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, 7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive, Savannah, Georgia 31406.Interment will follow the service and take place at Hillcrest Abbey East Memorial Park, 1600 Wheaton Street, Savannah, Georgia 31404.
