He was born September 2, 1951, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, son of the late Harold L Premo and Clare Lawler Premo. A visitation will be at Fox & Weeks Hodgson Chapel at Monday, July 13, 2026, from 5:00p.m. until 7:00p,m.
